1. Do you have a shop I can visit?

ShopforBridal has one shop, it’s shopforbridal.com.au, and you’re  in it right now. We do have a warehouse and showroom space located in Derrimut on Melbourne's Western Suburb, our address is 3/82 Makland Dve Derrimut VIC 3030. We do have a showroom for you to browse or to try on jewellery at our physical location (by appointment only).  In addition, ‘click and collect’ orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday can be picked up 1.5 hours later that same day.

 

3. When will you be getting more in stock?

Our buyers are always working hard to get the latest and greatest jewellery and accessories for your needs. All stock is replenished as quickly as possible. If you have an enquiry regarding an individual costume or accessory please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team and they will liase with the buyers to give you the most accurate information possible.

 

4. Can I get a refund if the jewellery is not suitable?

Of course! We have a “No Worries”, 30 Day Return policy. You can return any jewellery, except for Sale and Special Order items any time within 30 days for a full refund, minus the original postage. The only condition is that it must be in its original unworn condition and in its original intact packaging. Please note that the refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

5. Can I exchange for a different style?

The way to exchange is that you first need to go online and re-order the jewellery you need. This is to ensure that you can secure that item (popular items sell out quickly), and we can get it out to you as quickly as possible. Then you can return the item you have back to us by clicking this link: http://www.shopforbridal/returns and following the prompts.

 

6.How can I pay for my order?

Shopforbridal is a secure encrypted site and we accept Visa & Mastercard & PayPal. 

 

7. How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment tracking number, which is a link to the couriers website (Australia Post or Fastway Couriers). That tracking number will not generate any information until the following business day, so don’t worry if there is no information available immediately.

 

8. When will I receive my order?

I am glad you asked! We are always working towards getting your order to you as quickly as possible. If you live in a metropolitan area Australia-Wide and you place your order before 1.00pm Melbourne time on a business day, you should receive your parcel the next business day (with greater than 96% on time rate) between the hours of 9am-5pm.   If you are in a regional area your delivery may take up to 4 business days to reach you.
